In the Summer of 2018, Team completed the new 12,000 square foot WSP offices in the Landmark 6 Tower in an astonishing 50 days and on budget! Located on the 7th floor of the tower with limited working hours and access, Team pulled together a top notch team to complete this project with profound success and very limited deficiencies. The owner’s group was extremely excited to occupy their new space and plan to continue their relationship with Team Construction Management.
