The new 10,000 sf precast building for CSN – Frank’s Auto in Vernon was completed in just 8 months despite significant challenges with groundwater issues.
This modern facility houses 2,200 sf of office, retail, and storage space, along with several frame rack stations, an interior paint booth, and a detail bay. Despite the challenges of extensive groundwork and groundwater complications, the project was successfully completed on time, providing CSN – Frank’s Auto with a state-of-the-art facility to serve their customers efficiently.
