Ariva Resort is a multi-phase project along the bluffs of West Kelowna on Old Ferry Wharf Road. Though there are only 38 units in phase 1, they are expansive, ranging in size from 1400 SF to 2500 SF, with extensive main floor amenities, including an exercise and weight room, pool and cabana, steam and change rooms, bistro, lounge, and conference room. Every unit has a large outdoor living space complete with an outdoor fireplace, gas fire pits, integral radiant heat, an outdoor kitchen and BBQs.
